The batter is painstakingly piped one colour at a time onto the baking tray before being sent into the oven. The Muffin as Doughnuts (M.A.D) use soft muffin dough for baking instead of frying it. These doughnuts are delicious while guilt free, the flavours available are blueberry, matcha, chocolate hazelnut.
